The Glebe is one of the most expensive luxury ‘super-prime’ schemes in the country, with individual apartment sales expected to fetch upwards of £25 million. The scheme comprises the conversion of an old school building in to whole-floor apartments, and the new construction of two self-contained villas.

Site-sound surveys were provided at RIBA Stage C, and design advice provided through to Stage E, to both Architectural firms involved. Assistance provided to the Main Contractor through the construction phase.

Elevated sound insulation performances targeted, over the minimum required by the Building Regulations. Assessment of a number of other acoustic considerations, such as acoustic comfort in swimming pool areas, mitigation of noise from a basement car park and car lift.
